Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients in understanding their financial and commercial position.
Assessing business funding requirements and researching suitable commercial funding options.
Preparing financial summaries, reports and presentations.
Comparing commercial finance structures based on cost, term, security requirements and business objectives.
Conducting market, company and sector research.
Supporting senior consultants with more complex client assignments.
Liaising with lenders, finance providers and other professional parties where appropriate.
Helping businesses prepare information required when approaching potential finance providers.

Previous consultancy experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates entering through the graduate or trainee pathway.
A good understanding of financial statements and commercial finance.
The confidence to communicate financial information clearly.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, or the willingness to develop them.
Level 4 consultancy analysis certification
Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses operate.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage several pieces of work simultaneously.

The position does not involve providing regulated investment advice or making personal recommendations concerning regulated investments unless such activity is separately conducted within the appropriate regulatory permissions and framework.
Employees are expected to work strictly within the scope of the firm's services and internal compliance procedures.
