LOXAM recrute un Responsable Commercial de Ville H/F pour Strasbourg. Rattaché au Responsable de Secteur, vous déployez et faites respecter la politique commerciale afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité des agences locales.
Vous recruterez, formerez et accompagnerez les commerciaux, élaborerez les plans d'action et organiserez les plannings, tout en animant les opérations et les événements locaux. Une forte présence terrain et leadership sont essentiels.
