We are currently looking for a skilled, experienced and qualified Plumber in Cornwall. Please see below details on the promising, available vacancy.
The Role:
Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
Repair and maintain occupied properties
Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
CSCS card (blue) - desired but no essential
Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
Good customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving license
What We Offer:
£23.84 an hour paid via CIS
39-hour working week
