Temperate is seeking a founding engineer to own the product workstream from TRL 5 to TRL 7, driving the engineering roadmap, physics model, and manufacturer relationships for deployable cooling systems. You will guide the technical voice in customer deployments and partner on system installation and performance guarantees.
