Job Description & Overview
Atlantique Habitations recherche un(e) Comptable gestion locative et copropriété pour assister le pôle copropriété externe et assurer la gestion comptable des lots professionnels et résidentiels. Vous aurez en charge le contrôle des appels de fonds, des régularisations de charges et la fiabilisation des comptes locataires.
Une première expérience dans le logement social est souhaitable et des outils informatiques comptables seront employés au quotidien.
