Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, perched in Portofino hills overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team for the 2027 season. Our iconic dining venues, La Terrazza and Pool Grill, demand culinary excellence and flawless service.
The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, at least two years in a luxury setting, teamwork, adaptability, and HACCP knowledge, reporting to the Executive Chef and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
