Gas Service Only Engineer

Day Rate: £230 per day

Location: Sandwell

Contract: Social Housing

We are looking for a qualified Gas Service Only Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract covering Sandwell Council.

The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, meaning minimal travel between jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Service gas central heating systems
• Carry out full strip-down and clean boiler services
• Fit CO₂ and fire alarms
• Work independently and use your own initiative
• Complete all required paperwork and obtain customer signatures confirming work has been completed satisfactorily

Skills & Qualifications

• ACS Certified
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Previous Social Housing experience
• Own van, tools and relevant insurance
• Clean DBS
• Full UK clean manual driving licence
