Delivery Managers - SC Cleared

SR2 are recruiting a number of SC-cleared Delivery Managers for inflight government programmes.

We are looking for experienced Delivery Managers with strong technical delivery experience, ideally with exposure to AI, data or other complex technology programmes within public sector environments.

The work is highly agile, fast-paced and involves multidisciplinary, multi-supplier teams operating across complex delivery landscapes. These roles will suit people who are comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, managing dependencies and risks, and working closely with technical and senior stakeholder groups.

Experience required:

• 5+ years' Delivery Management experience
• Active SC clearance
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Experience delivering complex technology programmes within government or public sector environments
• Experience working across multidisciplinary and multi-supplier teams
• Strong RAID, dependency and delivery planning experience
• Confident senior stakeholder management and reporting
• Experience working closely with technical teams across areas such as engineering, architecture, data and cloud

Desirable:

• Exposure to AI, AI assurance, data or emerging technology programmes
• Experience of complex transformation programmes
• Understanding of governance, assurance and risk within government technology delivery
• Familiarity with Government Digital and Data ways of working

Roles are expected to start in December, initially running until the end of March, with strong potential for longer-term extensions.
