Job Description & Overview
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth is seeking a Senior CIL and S106 Officer to join the Information and Planning Obligations team. You will handle CIL and S106 casework across both councils, advising colleagues and liaising with developers and residents.
You will monitor obligations, ensure reporting compliance and supervise daily team tasks to deliver a high-quality service in a hybrid working environment.
