Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) who will travel across the region to lead and develop care-home teams, ensuring high-quality care and compliance. You will work with the General Manager to implement action plans that meet residents' needs and drive service excellence.
As an RN with NMC registration, you will lead audits, supervise clinical practice, mentor staff, manage safeguarding and risk assessments, and contribute to budget and sales/marketing
