Exercise and Training Plans Analyst

In this role you will apply your defense operations expertise to analyze, plan, and supervise exercises and training to boost Army readiness. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders on plans, exercises, lessons learned, emergency response, and training evaluations to shape mission-ready Soldiers and units. You'll contribute to posture, exercise, and crises planning for to support partners and friends in security cooperation. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence tactical-to-strategic readiness at a national security level.

• Analyze and assess mission readiness and training needs
• Develop plans and support training and readiness of Soldiers and Units
• Collaborate with plans, exercises, lessons learned, emergency response, and training/evaluations teams
• Support posture, exercise, and crises planning for the Army and partners
• Engage with leadership to translate security cooperation and assistance into actionable plans

• 6+ years of experience with military operations, logistics, or planning
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 2+ years planning/coordinating/executing military exercises at division HQ or higher
• Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
