Mizuho EMEA is seeking an HR Business Partner at Assistant Vice President level to provide proactive HR advice and support within designated business areas. The role combines partner-level coaching with hands-on management of core HR processes, employee relations matters and HR projects.
You will build strong relationships with managers, interpret HR data to guide decisions, and work within policies to deliver high-quality HR services across the organisation.
