We are supporting a leading investment firm in their search for an Investor Relations Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Investor Relations team during an exciting fundraising period. Whilst the role sits within Investor Relations, it is much more focused on event coordination, CRM management and project support than a traditional Executive Assistant position. It would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, thrives behind the scenes and is keen to gain exposure to investor relations, fundraising activity and high-profile events. You'll join a collaborative and sociable team, working closely with an established IR EA and reporting into the Investor Relations Manager.

The Role

This is a varied coordination role supporting the Investor Relations team across investor events, CRM management and day-to-day team operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the team remains organised during a busy conference and fundraising cycle while helping deliver a seamless experience for investors and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Investor Relations team throughout investor conference season
• Coordinating event logistics and managing investor invitations
• Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and tracking activity
• Supporting international travel arrangements, visas, roadshows and meeting logistics
