Donohoe Skoda is hiring a Sales Manager. This is a rare chance to take charge of a sales department inside JA Boland Motor Group, a large and expanding multi-franchise dealer group, with the backing, systems and career path that come with it.

We want to hear from two kinds of people:

• Sales Managers who want to join an expanding group and work to a higher standard.
• Senior Sales Executives with seven years or more on the floor, who are well able to run a department but can't get the chance where they are.

The role

• Run the new and used sales department and own its results
• Lead, coach and build the sales team
• Manage used stock, pricing and trade-in valuations
