Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
Location: Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan
Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
• Providing clear, practical advice and delivering an excellent client experience.
• Playing a part in the development and success of a brand-new office.
