Technical Support Agent - CCTV & Security Systems - Temp-to-Perm
We're recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a growing security technology business based in Bradford (BD7) .
This office-based role will involve providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting CCTV and alarm systems, and handling inbound and outbound support calls.
What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred)
- Knowledge of alarm and security systems
- Previous technical support, helpdesk or service desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
What's on offer:
- 14.00 - 17.00 per hour
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Office-based role in Bradford (BD7)
- Supportive team environment
