Job Description & Overview
P4 is seeking an experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to own a portfolio of Building Safety Act commissions. You will move projects through RIBA Stages 2–6, coordinating with a senior team and peer reviews, split between home, offices, client sites, and meetings.
You’ll focus on technical delivery—driving the route to compliance, guiding the design team to meet requirements, and advising clients on actionable steps. This role emphasises practical outcomes over flashy design.
