Job Description & Overview
Amplifon is seeking a Global Security Operations Manager to lead the group’s security operations across a multinational environment. You will coordinate SOC/MDR services and drive continuous improvement in detection, incident response, and resilience, reporting to the Group CISO.
Required are 6–8 years in cybersecurity, leadership experience, and English fluency (Italian a plus). The role is based in Milan with hybrid remote options and a comprehensive benefits package.
