Our client, a leading player in the aerospace MRO sector, is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at London City Airport.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Licensed Engineers in maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleet

Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity for both scheduled and reactive demands

Coordinate work

requirements, defect rectification, and AOG recovery

Promote operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadership

Foster a positive culture that supports today's operation and future growth

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence with certification experience

Experience in leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment

Current Embraer E190, Boeing 737, or Airbus A320 type rating (type training can be provided)

Solid understanding of CAA Part 145 procedures

Valid UK driving licence (or equivalent)

Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access and airside driving licence

Passion for mentoring and developing team members
