24 hours per week – 3 days per week working 1 in 2 Saturdays

Shifts on a rota’d basis: 6am–2pm/ 7am–4pm/ 8am–5pm/10am–7pm

Work from home available following training

Temporary ongoing with potential to be made Permanent after a minimum of 12 successful weeks

We are currently recruiting for a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team based in NN5, Northampton, with the opportunity to work from home once fully trained.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual who is fluent in German, both spoken and written, and enjoys helping customers and providing an excellent level of service. Previous customer service or call centre experience would be advantageous, but excellent German language skills and the right attitude are essential.

The Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor,

you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing support to German-speaking customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries.

Communicating with customers in German via telephone, email and written correspondence.

Providing accurate and professional information to customers.

Resolving customer queries and dealing with any issues or complaints.

Processing customer requests and updating internal systems.

Building positive relationships with customers.

Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Fluent in German – speaking, reading and writing this is essential

Confident and professional when communicating with customers.

Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful approach.

Comfortable handling customer queries and resolving issues.

Organised and able to manage a busy workload.

A good communicator with strong attention to detail.

Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
