Brand Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to grow an ambitious and well known fragrance brand. You’ll shape the brand’s direction and turn customer insight, market opportunities and strong execution into sustainable sales growth.

What you’ll do

• Build and deliver the brand strategy, annual plans and go-to-market activity.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share and customer reach across channels.
• Use sales, margin, market and customer data to guide priorities and measure performance.
• Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Product, Finance and creative teams to bring campaigns and launches to market.
• Manage the marketing budget, balancing brand investment with commercial return.
• Shape the product and promotional pipeline, from new launches to seasonal campaigns.
• Track competitors and category trends, turning useful insights into clear actions.
• Present plans and results to internal teams and external partners.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in fragrance, beauty, luxury or FMCG.
• A strong track record of delivering commercial growth through brand or marketing activity.
• Confidence working with sales, margin and market data to make sound decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, campaigns and cross-functional projects.
• Clear communication and influencing skills, with a practical, collaborative approach.
• A genuine interest in fragrance, consumer behaviour and building brands.
