Cohortis, intégré au réseau afe, recherche un(e) responsable Paie & ADP pour son siège à Gallargues Le Montueux (30). Vous dirigerez la paie, les charges sociales et l’administration du personnel avec une équipe dédiée, tout en assurant service RH de proximité et conformité légale.
Bras droit de la DRH et de la direction, vous piloterez le reporting social, les projets d’optimisation et veillerez à la qualité des données RH, avec un cadre CDI et des perspectives d’évolution au sein d’un groupe
