Job Description & Overview
Danaher seeks a Labor and Employee Relations Manager France to guide associates, managers and HR partners in handling employee relations matters consistently and compliantly. You will serve as the liaison among the Life Sciences Platform, operating companies, CSEs, and the Global Labor & Employee Relations COE.
You will lead diverse casework, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workforce reductions, while ensuring compliance with local laws.
