Senior Structural Engineer

A well-established engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing team in Dublin.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to take a senior role within the business, with a clear pathway towards Associate level and senior management. You’ll lead the delivery of a range of technically interesting structural projects while becoming increasingly involved in client management, commercial activities and the wider growth of the business.

Projects:

• Commercial and mixed-use developments
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Institutional and public sector buildings
• Architect-led building developments
• Large-scale structural engineering projects
• Projects across Ireland and internationally

Role:

• Lead structural projects from concept through to delivery
• Manage project teams, resources, budgets and programmes
• Develop structural concepts and oversee detailed design
• Manage client relationships and project delivery
• Prepare fee proposals and oversee project commercial performance
• Mentor and support junior engineers

Requirements:

• Level 8/9 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 8+ years’ postgraduate structural engineering experience
• Chartered Engineer status is preferred
• Consulting engineering experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical design and analytical skills
• Architect-led project experience advantageous

Salary:

• €75k – 95k (depending on experience)
