Job Description & Overview
Cardiff Council's Housing First service provides rapid housing solutions for individuals with complex needs who are sleeping rough or recently released from prison. As a Housing First Officer you will support clients to maintain tenancies, remove barriers and work with a wide range of partners to deliver coordinated support.
You will engage customers who may be challenging, using varied approaches to build trust and develop bespoke support plans, while contributing to a high-quality housing
