UNIVI - Résidence Les Hibiscus recherche un médecin F/H pour assurer le suivi médical des résidents des USLD et EHPAD. Vous évaluerez les profils médicaux, réaliserez les visites de pré-admission et les admissions, et assurerez la prise en charge médicale en continu.
Vous recevrez, écouterez et orienterez les patients et leurs proches, participerez aux synthèses pluridisciplinaires et contribuerez au projet médical du Groupe UNIVI, tout en respectant les démarches qualité et HAS, y compris les
