Groupe EMERA recherche un Directeur(trice) d’établissement pour diriger une résidence en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Vous coordonnez les activités, assurez le lien avec les résidents, familles et partenaires, et pilotez le budget.
Vous fédérez les équipes, garantissez la qualité des prestations et mettez en œuvre les valeurs et la politique RSE du groupe. Poste en CDI, évolutif et mobilités internes possibles.
