U Les Commerçants recherche un chef de rayon CDI à Biviers pour diriger le département frais et développer la stratégie commerciale définie avec la direction. Vous fédérez une équipe autour d'objectifs ambitieux et vous êtes le relais opérationnel sur le magasin.
Vous animez et supervisez les activités, gérez et optimisez le compte d'exploitation, les stocks, les commandes et la logistique, et assurez le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
