Bras Droit des Dirigeants recherche des cadres dirigeants RH expérimentés pour intervenir à temps partagé auprès de TPE/PME. Vous travaillerez de façon indépendante, en réseau, sur des missions de direction RH externalisée et de développement des pratiques RH.
Vous accompagnerez les dirigeants dans la gestion du DUERP, les entretiens et les politiques salariales, en apportant une expertise opérationnelle et un esprit entrepreneurial.
