Aéma Groupe recherche un Chef de projet Développement RH pour piloter les communautés et projets RH à Issy-les-Moulineaux ou Niort. Vous structurez et coordonnez les échanges entre entités, sécurisez les feuilles de route et facilitez la mutualisation des pratiques et outils.

De formation Bac+5 en RH, vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur le développement RH et la gestion de projets transverses. Vous savez piloter des groupes multi-entités et préserver une gouvernance efficace.
