As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for permanent & contract roles

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

Negotiating contracts and rates with clients and candidates

Managing the recruitment process from start to finishTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
