Property Manager

Property Manager – Edinburgh We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who is looking for greater autonomy, career progression and the support of a collaborative team. The Role You'll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include: Managing repairs, maintenance and contractor relationships. Ensuring properties remain compliant with current Scottish legislation, including HMO requirements where applicable. Coordinating re-lets, tenancy renewals, inspections and rent reviews. Resolving tenant and landlord queries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with specialist lettings, accounts and inspections teams to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio. Participating in an on-call rota and occasional Saturday morning rota. About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous residential property portfolio management experience. HMO knowledge (preferred but not essential). Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. A full UK driving licence. ARLA/LETWELL qualification What's on Offer Competitive salary.
