Le Groupe LDLC recherche un(e) Responsable RH opérationnel(le) pour son site logistique de Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous assurez la gestion administrative du personnel et accompagnez les managers au quotidien.
Vous piloterez les projets RH transverses, collaborerez avec les équipes paie du siège et veillerez au respect du droit du travail et des règles de sécurité sur le site.
