B&Q Croydon is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead a high‑performing in‑store team and deliver exceptional service to customers. You will drive commercial delivery on the trading floor, manage stock, coordinate promotions and lead end‑to‑end stock planning with coaching to empower colleagues to count every customer.
The role offers a permanent contract, 36.75 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £37,500 plus bonus, pension and generous holiday allowances.
