Job Description & Overview
Imperial College London invites applications for a Research Associate position to lead the development and ground-truthing of the ChemPI palaeointensity protocol. You will synthesise materials, measure throat magnetisation, and build micromagnetic models in collaboration with Imperial, Edinburgh and Oxford.
Join a NERC-funded project to apply the ChemPI method to very ancient rocks, advancing understanding of Earth's early geomagnetic field and related planetary questions.
