Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 7 Crisis Intervention Practitioners for the Mindworks Crisis Intervention Service in Surrey. You will lead and support assessments and interventions for Children and Young People in crisis, collaborating with acute hospital staff and families.
The role requires nursing registration (NMC) and substantial experience with CYP in crisis settings, plus skills in risk assessment and care planning.
