• Increase our global intellectual property portfolio through proactive registration and management.
• Limit losses and manage risks associated with IP infringement claims and defensive IP processes.
• Provide legal guidance across various business units globally, ensuring products are cleared for launch through rigorous product approval processes.
• Handle pre‑dispute matters and active litigation regarding IP infringement in the UK and international markets.
• Advise on cutting‑edge technological elements and products that are new to the market, requiring creative legal solutions.
• Act as a partner to the business by finding compliant pathways to success rather than acting as a legal blocker.

• 3+ years of experience.
• Expertise in intellectual property law, specifically in registration, infringement claims, and defensive strategies.
• Experience dealing with IP matters across multiple jurisdictions (UK and global).
• A solution‑oriented approach to navigate legal blockers to achieve business goals.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced technology company while working on new features.
• Fluency in English.
