Job Description & Overview
Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Offsite Manufacturing) to lead the commercial and financial delivery of complex projects. You will manage cost control, monthly valuations, variations and contractual compliance while liaising with contracts, estimating and pre-construction teams to optimise scope and subcontract terms.
The role involves regular site visits across the UK and Europe, with weekly travel, and reports to the Head of Commercial.
