Bras Droit des Dirigeants recrute un responsable RH opérationnel pour intervenir en externalisation à temps partagé auprès de dirigeants de TPE/PME/ETI. Vous gérerez la fonction RH globale, les obligations légales et les entretiens annuels et professionnels.
Profil recherché: expérience confirmée (8 ans) en Direction RH, aptitude à transmettre et accompagner, esprit entrepreneurial et goût pour l’indépendance. Poste évolutif, à temps partagé, basé en Pays de la Loire.
