Marketing Manager: Growth, Budgets & Trade Shows

• Development of product ranges, product selection and adaptation to European markets.
• Active involvement in setting Price List; Margins and verifying data..
• Product benchmarks and market monitoring.
• Drawing up the marketing budget (TV, promotional events, etc.) and monitoring it.
• Developing display offers in line with the sales policy.
• Management and updating of product databases.
• Contributing to the sales budget and forecast.
• Responsible for organising trade fairs (for industry professionals and the general public), and monitoring trade fair budgets (tendering, negotiations, organisational quotes, etc.)
• Close links with major TV channels.
• Organising and monitoring the dispatch of samples to customers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Very good knowledge of the toy market or related markets (min. 3 years).
• Ability to work in an environment that requires speed and responsiveness.
• Ability to listen and analyse.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and in very close collaboration with senior management.
• Knowledge of trade marketing is desirable.
• Proactive, inventive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
