Leveraged Finance Associate-US Law Firm

In this role you will join a renowned US law firm’s Leveraged Finance team in London to advise on acquisition finance, high-yield bonds, bridge and mezzanine financings, and syndicated credit facilities. You will collaborate with leading clients and cross-border teams to structure and execute complex leverage transactions.
