Internal Recruiter - Drivers

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter (driving) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start, you will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world. Joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots

You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application, as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact.

This is not a role for the faint hearted or inexperienced and would not be a 'relaxed move' for an agency recruiter looking to switch to internal recruitment - you will be in an extremely demanding fast paced environment and must deliver!

Skills / Experience Required

• Minimum of 1-2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, with a full understanding of candidate attraction and transport related compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential)
• Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers

Pay Rate / Hours / Location

• Up to £17 per hour
• Full Time Monday to Friday
• Hybrid, office location Smethwick
• Temporary ongoing contract

To be successful in your application you will have held one of the following positions - 360 Driving Consultant, Internal Recruiter within Transport / Logisitics / Driving Teams, HGV / 7.5 Tonne Talent Acquisition Specialist, High Volume Resourcer for Drivers for UK wide companies, On-site Co-ordinator or Account Manager within a UK Wide company requiring high volume recruitment, UK Wide Logisitics Recruiterment, any other Driving / Driver recruitment roles / HGV / 7.5 tonne specialist recruiters
