Gruppo Barchetti cerca un/una Responsabile di Sede per la sede di Brescia. Il ruolo combina responsabilità manageriali e operative: guidare una forza vendita di 5-6 Consulenti alle Vendite, definire obiettivi, monitorare KPI e guidare trattative complesse.
Si offre RAL indicativa di 40.000 € + variabile, auto aziendale, formazione continua e concreta possibilità di crescita all'interno del gruppo. Inserimento come dipendente o agente diretto è valutato.
