Job Description & Overview
Ascendia is seeking a proactive Business Developer & Account Manager to expand its performance marketing footprint in Italy and beyond. You will own end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, build partnerships with brands, agencies and affiliates, and manage onboarding and campaign launches.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital marketing or ad sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in Italian.
