The Person:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• A high level of understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting
• Strategic thinker who is results driven

The Role:

• Develop and implement sales strategies with ambition targets, and lead the sales team to achieve these
• Identify market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the sales team, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training and motivation
• Prepare and present detailed forecasts and reports for senior management
