Job Description & Overview
SOM recrute un Ingénieur Facteur Organisationnel et Humain confirmé (FEOH) pour piloter des études FOH dans des projets multisectoriels (nucléaire, défense, ferroviaire, Santé). Vous serez chargé d'analyser les activités, organisations et risques, d'animer des ateliers et de proposer des recommandations de conception.
Diplômé d'un Master/Doctorat en Ergonomie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience et possédez une forte capacité d'analyse et de relationnel.
