What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Recruiting technology professionals across specialist markets
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Negotiating commercial agreements and terms
• Becoming a trusted advisor within your market
• Developing junior consultants and sharing best practices
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in technology recruitment
• Proven track record of billing and business development
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, ambitious, and target-driven
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated by success
• A desire to progress your career within a high-growth business
