This role combines product development, process optimization, customer consulting, and troubleshooting, working closely with commercial and RD teams to deliver innovative pasta solutions and drive customer success. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support to customers during product development, trials, commissioning, and production. /li liOptimize pasta manufacturing processes for dry, fresh, and specialty pasta products. /li liLead factory trials, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements. /li liDevelop new formulations and applications in collaboration with RD and commercial teams. /li liDeliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams. /li liSupport global sales by providing technical expertise during customer visits and presentations. /li liMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products and technologies. /li liPrepare technical documentation, reports, and customer recommendations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering, or a related discipline. /li li8–10+ years of experience in pasta manufacturing, product development, or technical service. /li liStrong knowledge of durum wheat, flour functionality, extrusion technology, drying processes, and pasta quality. /li liExperience conducting industrial-scale production trials and solving manufacturing challenges. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel internationally up to 70%. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liHands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills. /li liCustomer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities. /li liSelf-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across different cultures. /li liPassionate about innovation and delivering technical excellence. /li /ul pThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global organization where you will work with leading pasta manufacturers worldwide, helping customers optimize production, develop innovative products, and deliver best-in-class technical solutions. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
