Job Description & Overview
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to partner with the CTO and lead our global engineering organization. You will own delivery cadence, resilience, budget governance, and cross‑divisional programs across Europe and the US.
You will drive platform modernization, data governance, regulatory alignment (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2), and strategic initiatives enabling scalable, low-latency trading and asset management while shaping the engineering culture.
