Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) for a brand new site in Northampton. The role offers long-term security, structured training and clear progression within a highly automated FMCG facility.

You will lead a skilled engineering team, maintaining and improving automated production machinery to maximise uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site, with mentoring for junior engineers.
